Under the new process, the first reminder notice will be an e-mail sent approximately 130 days prior to the membership expiration date, followed within a week by a renewal package that includes a personalized form and postage-prepaid business return envelope. Also, members can renew online at the "Manage Membership" link under the Members tab on www.ashrae.org. To renew online, each member will need to enter and verify a valid e-mail address during the initial log-in process.
