Overview

For more information, please contact Tiffany Cox at tcox@ashrae.org.

Transactions Papers

Transactions papers are presented by authors at ASHRAE Winter and Annual meetings and then published in ASHRAE Transactions.  These technical papers are peer-reviewed by other engineers knowledgeable in the subject matter.  Papers submitted for review must be both technically accurate and clearly written.

AUTHORS:  When writing your manuscript, please follow the guidelines in the Download file ASHRAE Authors Manual.

Submit your manuscript for peer review on Manuscript Central

Call for Papers

Calls for papers will be posted on each conference’s Web page. Go to http://www.ashrae.org/events/page/562 for links to future ASHRAE Winter and Annual conferences.

Call for Reviewers

Wish you could get more involved in the Society but don’t know how?  Consider volunteering to review technical papers submitted to ASHRAE for publication in ASHRAE Transactions.  Reviewers are selected based on their technical background and technical interests.

  • Notify Tiffany Cox, Conference Program Administrator, email: tcox@ashrae.org
  • Create or update your ASHRAE biographical record under the “Manage Your Membership” link from the ASHRAE Web site Members:  Login, Click “Update Your Bio”, update information on the small blue tabs.
If you do not have an ASHRAE ID, or are not applying for ASHRAE membership, and are applying for a position that requires an ASHRAE bio to be on file, please click here to request an ID and PIN. You may also use that link if you already have an ASHRAE ID as a non-member, but you do not have a record of what that number is.
