Cost-Effective for Multiple Users

ASHRAE offers a network version of Essential Standards for use by several individuals. The CD contains ASHRAE’s 12 most-referenced standards and guidelines. This is a separate product from the workstation CD and can be installed on a network for multiple users.

Multi-user pricing is based on the number of simultaneous users. There is no limit on the number of people who use the product or how often. The only limit is on how many people can use it at the same time. Refer to the following table for one-time, flat rate pricing.

The following are system requirements for the Essential Standards Network Edition CD-ROM server installations:

• Microsoft® Windows® 2000 or 2003 Server 
• 512 MB of RAM
• Microsoft® Internet Explorer
• Adobe Acrobat/Reader 7.0 or higher (Adobe Reader 7.0 is included on the CD-ROM. Adobe Acrobat/Reader must be installed before installing Essential Standards) 
• CD-ROM drive 
• 800 MB of available hard-disk space

Upon completion of the order, ASHRAE will send a network CD encoded with access for the number of multiple, simultaneous users purchased.
