Students Produce Winning Designs for Future City Competition |

WASHINGTON, D.C.—As a part of the National Engineers Week Future City Competition, ASHRAE sponsors awards that recognize middle-school students’ designs. ASHRAE National Capital Chapter members Stephanie Mages and Edward Donnelly interviewed the student teams and reviewed their displays to determine who would be the recipients of the ASHRAE awards. Valley Middle School in Oakland, N.J., received the Best Indoor Environment award.
