ASHRAE Insights

The temporary relocation of ASHRAE headquarters will not impact members as the Society will maintain its same phone number and mailing address.

ASHRAE staff began moving Sept. 6 and is expected to return to its longtime Headquarters at I-85 and North Druid Hills in June 2008.

The ASHRAE library will be available on a smaller scale for research purposes. One copy each of every ASHRAE item, such as Transactions and Handbooks, will be on display, along with rare books. ASHRAE staff will have access to other items if needed by members.

The main ASHRAE number is 404-636-8400, and the mailing address is 1791 Tullie Circle NE, Atlanta, GA 30329.

Any members planning on visiting Headquarters after Sept. 6, should call ahead for directions to the temporary space, located about 3 miles (4.8 km) from the current address.
