This article presents case studies of the application of ground-source heat pump (GSHP) systems in two secondary schools in Québec with horizontal and vertical ground heat exchangers, respectively. The purpose of the project was to demonstrate GSHP energy performance in a cold climate to promote application of the technology throughout Canadian educational buildings. | |
