Julian de Bullet

Julian de Bullet is Vice President of Business Development with FAFCO Thermal Storage Systems LLC. With over 40 years of HVAC industry experience, Julian’s career has concentrated on the applications of chilled water and all-air systems. 

Julian is an ASHRAE Life member and served on the Board of Directors, including a term as Vice President (2001/2003). An ASHRAE Distinguished Lecturer, Julian has delivered over 300 seminars around the world on a variety of topics including “Application of Sustainable Ice Storage Systems,” “Responsible Refrigerant Use,” “Sustainable Chilled Water HVAC Systems,” “Variable Primary Flow System Designs” and “Standard 90.1 and LEED.”  He has co-authored ASHRAE Position Documents on Energy Efficiency, Natural Refrigerants and Ozone Depletion. He is a member of several ASHRAE Technical Committees and currently chairs the Honors & Awards Committee.

A graduate of the London University, England, Julian obtained an electrical engineering degree and a diploma in marketing.  His early career with an electric utility pioneered electric thermal storage heating in England.
