ASHRAE Global Training Offers Summer/Fall 2020 Fall Online Training Series

ATLANTA (August 6, 2020) – Register now for the 2020 Summer/Fall online training series course through the ASHRAE Global Training Center. The 8 online offerings, including two new courses, run from August through December.
The new course “High Performance Health Care Facilities Design Complying with ANSI/ASHRAE/ASHE Standard 170-2017 (MENA),” is a two-part course taking place on August 24 and 25. This course addresses the role of HVAC systems in helping to reduce Hospital Associated Infections (HAI), explaining airborne vs contact transmission.
“Designing & Operating Data Centers for the Internet of Everything: Mitigating Risk & Optimizing Performance” is also a two-part course taking place on November 16 and 19. The course examines data center best practices by focusing on ASHRAE’s evolving thermal guidelines for data processing environments, telecommunications and actual high-density data centers in operation today.
Individual courses are offered at a discounted fee of $139 ($125 ASHRAE Member). Attendees can register for the entire training series valued at over $1,500 for $599 ($499 ASHRAE Member).
