The 2024 ASHRAE Conference for Integrated Design, Construction and Operations (CIDCO) (formerly the Building Performance Analysis Conference) announced a call for presentations, which ended November 27, 2023. The conference provides an in-depth look at existing tools and applied knowledge, as well as the study and introduction of new technologies including machine learning, artificial intelligence, virtual reality and robotics to design, construct and operate buildings.
2024 CIDCO builds upon the platform of ASHRAE’s previous Building Performance Analysis Conferences to include other elements of the wider construction industry and more topics from design, construction to operations.
Modelers, owners, principals, architects, designers, engineers, contractors, analysts and students were invited to submit presentation proposals.
The Conference program will cover topics such as:
- Simulation Integration with Building Information Modeling/Management
- Digital Practice Management
- Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR)
- Generative Design
- Digital Twin Asset Management
- 3D & 4D Life Cycle Cost Analysis
- Energy and Carbon Reduction Modelling & Analysis
- Occupant Health, Wellbeing & Comfort
- Indoor Environmental Quality (including lighting & daylighting)
- Real Time Monitoring and Predictive Analysis
- Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD)
- Standards, Codes and Regulatory Compliance
- Modeling Advances - Tools and Workflows
- Intelligent Building Operations
- Urban and Community Scale Modeling
- Resilience and Modelling Future Weather
