Flowchart of Book Publication Paths 

• There are two paths to publishing books with ASHRAE. This flowchart details these paths for prospective authors.

Special Publications Project Proposal Template       

• Prospective authors should fill out this form to propose a Special Publication for consideration by the Publications Committee. It is best for authors to already have TC support before filling out this form. Once the form is submitted, the Publications Committee will review the proposal and determine if the publication should proceed.

Recommendations and Lessons Learned - ASHRAE Special Publication       

• • This document offers recommendations and lessons learned from a published ASHRAE book author regarding Special Publication projects that prospective and approved authors of ASHRAE book projects may find helpful as they begin their work.
