Student Branch: Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT)

Dr. Vaibhav Jain has served as the advisor for the MAIT Student Branch since it was chartered in 2019 with fifteen student members. The student branch now has more than 60 student members and has successfully organized a number of events and activities.

The details of some of the activities organized for the MAIT Student Branch are listed below:

The MAIT Student Branch members participated and assisted in organizing an industrial visit to Jindal SAW Limited, Kosi Kalan in September 2023.

Technical Activities:

MAIT students attended ACREX 2024 and the 'India Decarbonization Conference: Shaping a Sustainable Future for the Built-Environment'.

Dr. Vaibhav Jain along with his students Mr. Prakhar Jain, Mr. Saquib Khan and Mr. Kamran attended the ASHRAE Winter Conference.

Social Events

The students participated in 3rd N.C. Gupta Inter College Memorial Football Tournament on 16 Sept 2023 organized by ASHRAE India Chapter.

Recruitment and Internships

28 student members participated in summer internships in various field and ten graduating students secured industry jobs.
