  • About Conference

The 2025 Conference for Integrated Design, Construction & Operations (CIDCO) will take place August 13-15, 2025 in Denver, Colorado. The CIDCO Conference represents the evolution of ASHRAE’s dedication to advancing HVAC&R and building sciences. From its roots as the Energy Modeling Conference to its transformation into the Building Performance Analysis Conference, and now CIDCO, this event highlights the integration of cutting-edge technologies like whole building simulation, AI, and robotics. The 2025 CIDCO will focus on innovations that enhance building performance and sustainability, tackling key challenges such as improving indoor environmental quality, reducing energy consumption, and addressing climate change. The conference offers attendees the opportunity to gain insights into the latest tools, technologies, and practices that are shaping the future of the built environment.

The conference program will consist of keynote speakers, invited speakers, a call for presenters, panel discussions and technology demonstrations.

Some of the topics covered by the conference include:

    • Balancing Operational Carbon with Embodied Carbon
    • Energy and Carbon reduction modelling & analysis
    • Modeling Advances - Tools and Workflows
    • Simulation Integration with Building Information Modeling/Management
    • Generative Design & AI
    • Digital Twin Asset Management
    • Occupant Health, Wellbeing & Comfort
    • Real time monitoring and predictive analysis
