Committee Meetings
Meeting Requests
Meeting requests for Technical Committees (TCs) and Project Committees (PCs) will be accepted in February/March 2025 through the Meeting Request Portal. Any meeting that needs a meeting room and/or wants to be included in the Conference schedule must fill out a meeting room request by early March 2025. We do recommend that subcommittees meeting virtually in advance of Phoenix.
The schedule of all committee meetings will be released in April 2025. Contact meetings@ashrae.org for questions.
