Additionally, creating derivative works of ASHRAE IP using AI is also prohibited without express written permission from ASHRAE.

Cancellations must be made by email to meetings@ashrae.org by January 13, 2025 to receive a full refund.

  • No refunds will be issued on cancellations after January 13, 2025.
  • Substitutions are accepted in lieu of cancellations.
  • No refunds will be issued for Social Event tickets or Tours.
