Meeting Requests
Meeting requests for Technical Committees (TCs) and Project Committees (PCs) will be accepted in July/August 2025 for the Winter conference in Las Vegas through the Meeting Request Portal. Any meeting (main committee and/or subcommittee) that needs a meeting room and/or wants to be included in the Conference schedule must fill out a meeting room request by late August 2025.
The schedule of all committee meetings will be released in October 2025. Contact meetings@ashrae.org for questions.
