Renew your HBDP certification
Earn 45 Professional Development Hours (PDHs).
Certificants are required to renew their certification every three years. The purpose of renewal is to ensure that a level of continuing competence is maintained through acceptable professional development activities in subject matter related to the certification earned. To be eligible for certification renewal, forty-five (45) Professional Development Hours (PDHs) must be earned. See a list of acceptable PDH activities. Submit your Recertification Application
By December 31 of the final year of your three-year certification period, submit a completed recertification application attesting to having earned 45 acceptable PDHs, together with an application fee ($125 for members, $195 for non‐members). Apply for recertification now!
