The ASHRAE member discounted application fee is $395(non-member - $545). After ASHRAE approves your application to sit for the exam, you will receive instructions how to schedule a computer-based test (CBT) at 1 of over 300 locations.
Notes: Non-native English speakers may apply to receive an additional 30 minutes of testing time. Such applicants must declare their native language, and provide the name and email of a professional reference who can confirm the applicant is a non-native English speaker.

Renew your OPMP certification
Earn 45 Professional Development Hours (PDHs).
Certificants are required to renew their certification every three years. The purpose of renewal is to ensure that a level of continuing competence is maintained through acceptable professional development activities in subject matter related to the certification earned. To be eligible for certification renewal, forty-five (45) Professional Development Hours (PDHs) must be earned. See a list of acceptable PDH activities. Submit your Recertification Application
By December 31 of the final year of your three-year certification period, submit a completed recertification application attesting to having earned 45 acceptable PDHs, together with an application fee ($195 for members, $295 for non‐members).
