This event will include segments on understanding your own personality as well as other types, leadership development for young professionals, communication techniques and ASHRAE leadership opportunities.
The Spring 2015 YEA Leadership Weekend will be held in San Diego, CA from March 27-29, 2015. Registration is $400 and includes hotel accommodations for Friday and Saturday, meals during the event (dinner on Friday, all meals on Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday), and all necessary materials and resources. Airfare and any ground transportation costs are not included.
