Howard E. Decker, P.E.

He served as a Director and Chairman of Region VIII; a Director at Large, the general chairman for a Region VIII CRC; chairman of Research Promotion; a member of the Charter & Bylaws Committee and the chairman of the 1996 Annual Meeting Host Committee. He was awarded the Regional Award of Merit in 1980 and the Distinguished Service Award in 1982.
