Artificial intelligence (AI) policy: ASHRAE prohibits the entry of content from any ASHRAE publication or related ASHRAE intellectual property (IP) into any AI tool, including but not limited to ChatGPT. Additionally, creating derivative works of ASHRAE IP using AI is also prohibited without express written permission from ASHRAE.

Trevor D. Harle, P.Eng.
83; Life Member ASHRAE; Regina, Saskatoon, Canada; joined ASHRAE in 1966. He served on the Research Promotion Committee, in multiple roles for Region XI and as Chapters Regional Committee chair for Region II. He received the following awards:

-              Certificate of Appreciation from the ASHRAE Regina Chapter in 2001;
-              Wendall Wolfe Research Promotion Award from Region XI in 1997;
-              Regional Award of Merit in 1988;
-              Gold Ribbon Award for Chapter History in 1988; and
