BSR/ASHRAE Standard 139-2015R, Method of Testing for Rating Desiccant Dehumidifiers Utilizing Heat for the Regeneration Process

The following is under a 30-day public review from Nov. 23 to Dec. 23:

2nd ISC Public Review of BSR/ASHRAE Standard 139-2015R

The purpose of this standard is to provide test methods for determining the moisture removal capacity of heat-regenerated desiccant dehumidifiers, as well as the coincident thermal energy performance, so that comparative evaluations of capacity and performance can be made irrespective of the type or make of the device.

BSR/ASHRAE Standard 158.1- 2012R, Methods of Testing Capacity of Refrigerant Solenoid Valves

The following is under a 45-day public review from Nov. 30 to Jan. 14:

1st Public Review of BSR/ASHRAE Standard 158.1- 2012R

This revision of Standard 158.1-2012 prescribes a method of testing the capacity of refrigerant solenoid valves for use in refrigerating systems.
