Corey Chinn, P.E., Associate Member ASHRAE, LEED® AP has nineteen years of experience in the consulting engineering industry, specializing in design, construction administration, commissioning of mechanical, building automation, and plumbing systems. Mr. Chinn’s understanding of how buildings use energy has been developed over years of curiosity. Through measurements and verification, he has supported the development of successful low and zero energy facilities ranging from existing to new construction and from multifamily affordable housing to healthcare, schools, higher education, and municipal/federal buildings. Mr. Chinn has worked on ground source heat pump systems – planning, design, and commissioning perspectives since 2007. His experience includes all aspects of commissioning and design phases of mechanical, plumbing, and building automation systems as well as due diligence building evaluations, energy audits, and code reviews. Mr. Chinn holds a degree in Architectural Engineering with an emphasis in both Mechanical and Structural systems from the University of Wyoming.
