Sarah E. Maston, P.E., Member ASHRAE, BCxP, LEED® AP, is a Director for Colliers Project Leaders, Commissioning and Energy Services Division, in the Boston, MA area. Ms. Maston is a Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years of experience in mechanical/ HVAC systems evaluation, troubleshooting, design, startup, and commissioning for a variety of project types. Serving as lead commissioning authority for new construction projects as well as existing building commissioning projects, her responsibilities include facilitating Owner’s Project Requirement (OPR) workshops, project management, performing building system assessments, developing commissioning plans, design reviews, system readiness, system evaluations and facilitating functional performance tests. Ms. Maston also follows up with occupant’s post-construction to evaluate comfort and resolve any outstanding issues.
Ms. Maston volunteers extensively for ASHRAE. She has served on the Board of Directors as a Director and Vice President. She has also served on the Conference and Exposition Committee, Building Commissioning Technical Committee (TC 7.9), Technical Activities Committee, Society Planning Committee, Finance Committee, and Technology Council. Sarah has received ASHRAE’s Distinguished Service Award.
