Biography

Walter Grondzik, P.E., Fellow/Life Member ASHRAE, CPHC, is an architectural engineer and a professor emeritus of architecture at Ball State University. He is author of Principles of Building Commissioning and co-author of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment for Buildings (13th ed.) and The Green Studio Handbook (3rd ed.). His interests include building commissioning, high-performance building initiatives (including decarbonization), and all areas of environmental control systems and their effects on buildings and occupants.
