This information generally represents annual and monthly percentiles of occurrence of temperature, various measures of humidity, and wind speed for use in the design of building energy and ventilation systems. These data also include HDD and CDD annual average values and the number of hours between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. when the dry-bulb temperature is between 55°F and 69°F (13°C and 21°C).
