Both the In Operation and As Designed evaluations are now available for users.
- First time users will need to register.
- Users initiating a project will need to set up an account and make themselves administrators.
- Multiple projects can be initiated and stored in each account.
- Additional users can be invited to work on projects.
The calculated Building EQ Performance Score is displayed in the web portal throughout the input process. An official submission is not necessary to see your score.
For an official Building EQ Performance Score to be reviewed and approved by ASHRAE, the project must be submitted by a credentialed user. Credential Users include ASHRAE BEAPs, ASHRAE BEMPs, DOE Better Buildings Workforce Guidelines Building Energy Auditors (AEE CEA), DOE Better Building Workforce guidelines Energy Managers (AEE CEM and EMA EMP), and Professional/Chartered Engineers in the jurisdiction where the building is located. Credential users will also have access to several reports. There is a one-time set-up fee to verify credentials.
