To be included in the Conference schedule, the committee chair must have completed a Meeting Request for main meeting by September 30. Edits can be made to already submitted meetings until March 17.

To be included in the Conference schedule, the subcommittee chair must have completed a Meeting Request for each subcommittee meeting by September 30. Edits can be made to already submitted meetings until March 17.

In-Person Main Meetings are encouraged
Chair must request meeting room of appropriate size, screen and/or power strips. |

In-Person Subcommittee meetings are allowed
Chair must request meeting room of appropriate size, screen and/or power strips for each subcommittee meeting. |
Hybrid resources are available
Chair must request ASHRAE WebEx link and Dual USB Plug-In Speaker/Microphone if needed.* Private Wi-Fi for meeting hosts will be available. |

Virtual meeting resources are available
If a subcommittee prefers to meet virtually in advance of the Conference (before February 3), chair may request ASHRAE WebEx link if needed.* |

If a main meeting cannot meet in-person, chair may request ASHRAE WebEx link if needed.* |

Hybrid resources are NOT available.
At this time, ASHRAE is not able to support hybrid subcommittee meetings.* |
*Chair may choose to provide his/her own meeting link and/or equipment and can note that information in the meeting request portal. Projectors are NOT provided for any main or subcommittee meetings. |
Meeting Requests
Meeting requests for Technical Committees (TCs) and Project Committees (PCs) will is now open for the Annual conference in Tampa through the Meeting Request Portal. Any meeting (main committee and/or subcommittee) that needs a meeting room and/or wants to be included in the Conference schedule must fill out a meeting room request by late March 17, 2023.
The schedule of all committee meetings will be released in April 2023.
