Registered companions receive access to the Meeting of the Members Plenary Session + Keynote Presentation, Meet and Greet event on Monday, February 6 from 9:30-11:00 am and access to Companion Lounge with complimentary morning coffee, tea and snacks.

Cancellations must be made by email to meetings@ashrae.org by February 1, 2023 to receive a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued on cancellations after February 1, 2023.
- Substitutions are accepted in lieu of cancellations.
- No refunds will be issued for Social Event tickets or Tours.
